About Me
Hey there, I'm Uriel! I am an enthusiastic designer who is committed to delivering innovative and thoughtful solutions. My expertise lies in service design and product design, and I have enjoyed creating and enhancing digital and physical experiences and products. Currently, I'm employed as a UX Designer.

How did you get started in UX design?
I started my journey in user experience design while I was a full-time student at the Savannah College of Art and Design and also running a business in Atlanta, Georgia. When I first enrolled at SCAD, I didn't even know about user experience design. I chose to major in industrial design because it interested me.
Over time, I began to understand the impact of design on people and businesses. As I encountered more instances where design could improve both my experience as a business owner and that of my customers, I discovered user experience design and service design.
SCAD did not offer user experience design until later, so I chose to minor in service design, thinking that combining it with industrial design would transition well into user experience design.
After graduating from college, I found it challenging to decide between pursuing my passion for business and design. Eventually, I chose to merge these interests in a corporate setting as a user experience designer. Now, I am eager to explore ways to make a meaningful impact on society through design.
What would you like in your next role?
In my next role I look forward to continuing to create impactful, innovative, and cohesive products and experiences between businesses and their users.
